The symbol of Habit Nest is a Phoenix because just like a Phoenix, no matter how many times we struggle, we can never fail. Days that we struggle are actually the most important days we have. By treating these days as experiments and learning from them, we are continually reborn with renewed and refined intention.
Failure simply doesn’t exist in the realm of habits – only learning and re-strategizing our path to inevitable success.
Our goal is to provide you with the information, motivation, and accountability you need to enact the change you want to see in your life in bite-sized pieces you can swallow whole and implement immediately.
Habit Nest is about helping all of us take back our decisional authority over our every action so that we can actually realize the growth and self-improvement we all wish to see in our lives.
Positive change as a concept isn’t so difficult.
You choose the behavior or characteristic you’d like to alter and you take steps to make it happen, right?
Well, not exactly.
The greatest obstacle standing in the way of our positive growth and self-improvement is that we don’t realize just how habitual we are.
We don’t see that who we are today – everything that comprises our personalities and the way we live our lives – is a direct result of our habits.
When we hear the word “habit” we think of these sort of practices that we either do or don’t engage in on a regular basis – as if we have a choice about the way we’re going to behave and we choose to behave in one way or another, regularly.
We don’t really think of our habits as unique individual behaviors that occur subconsciously, or can even be called compulsory. Most of the time when it comes to our most regular habits, we have no choice in whether or how we do them, we just behave the way we always have.
Every decision we make has the potential to become a habit.
Every habit we affirm in ourselves leads to a specific outcome in our lives
You already know the type of life you want to lead. Taking steps towards your dream life begins with one small decision in the right direction
In this day and age, there’s no shortage of information out there that promises your self-improvement. There is so much content available that finding something genuinely useful is really, really hard.
Let’s be real, we don’t have the time to sift through pages and pages of fluff
